MHT CET 2018 exam is scheduled to be online which will be held May 2018 the registration process for exam MHT CET will the starting from may 2018 and the process will end by the declaration of merit list in July 2018. MHT CET is concerned to be the one of the most procedure Maharastra state for getting admission in repuated colleges in B.Tech. The Exam has three section English section will have 40 questions. The second will be reasoning based having 30 questions and the last section will have 30 GK questions. There are no negative marking in the exams.
MHT CET 2018 – the Maharashtra common entrance test is conducted by the Government of Maharashtra has established Admissions Regulating Authority and State Common Entrance Test Cell" as per the provisions of the Maharashtra Unaided Private Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions & Fees) Act. 2015 (Mah. Act No. XXVIII of 2015).
It is conducted in many centers across the Maharashtra state , such as in areas like: Mumbai, Mumbai Sub Urban, Thane, Palghar, Raigad, Ratnagiri, Sindhudurg, Jalgaon, Dhule, Nandurbar, Nashik, Ahmednagar, Pune, Satara, Sangli, Kolhapur, Solapur, Aurangabad, Jalna, Beed, Osmanabad, Nanded, Parbhani, Latur, Hingoli, Buldhana, Akola, Washim, Amravati, Yavatmal, Wardha, Nagpur, Bhandara, Gondia, Chandrapur, Gadchiroli.
The Government of Maharashtra has established "ADMISSIONS REGULATING AUTHORITY AND STATE COMMON ENTRANCE TEST CELL" as per the provisions of the Maharashtra Unaided Private Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions& Fees) Act. 2015(Mah. Act No.XXVIII of 2015), (herein after the Act).
The Commissioner of State CET Cell, has been designated as Competent Authority for conducting MHT-CET2018 and selection of candidates for admission to 4 Year Duration Full Time Under Graduate Degree courses in Engineering and Technology, Pharmacy and 5 Year Duration Full Time Under Graduate Degree course in Pharm D for the academic year 2018-2019.

In order to fill the application for the MHT CET 2018 Entrance test a candidate has to visit the MHTCET website & click on ‘Apply Now’. Fill the online application form and upload photograph & signature. Now the next step is payment for registration, Pay the application fee online by Credit Card/Debit Card, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets. On successful payment of the application fee, a confirmation of the same will be displayed online. Candidates shall save the receipt for future references.
Steps to fill MHT CET 2018 Application Form
The application fee is Rs.1600 for general category candidates & Rs. 1200 for SC, ST, VJ/DT- NT(A), NT(B), NT(C), NT(D), OBC, SBC & PwD candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only. The fee payment is made through Credit Card/ Debit Card (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets. Candidates are suggested to keep the printouts of the application form for further use.
50% of seats are reserved for candidates of backwards class categories belonging to the state of Maharashtra. Check the percentage of reservation of seats given below:

5% of seats of the total intake of an institute is reserved for candidates who are a ward of Defence service personnel. Qualified and eligible candidates of MHT CET 2018 have to fulfill at least one of the following requirement to avail the reservation:
